This is our lesson policy which applies to all lessons. Please read carefully before booking and making payment as we cannot provide refunds outside of this policy.

Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations or changes can be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled lesson time.
Late Cancellations: Any cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the lesson will be considered forfeited. These lessons are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
No-Shows & Lateness: No-shows or arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice will be treated as an unexcused absence. The lesson will be forfeited, and no refund or make-up lesson will be provided.
Discontinuing Lessons: If you decide to stop taking lessons altogether, please notify your tutor at least 1 week (7 days) before your next invoice is issued. Your billing cycle is determined by the agreement made at the start of your lessons.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling Window: You can reschedule your lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you notify your tutor at least 24 hours in advance, you can choose one of the following flexible options:
1. Reschedule the session to another day/time within the same week (subject to the tutor's availability).
2. Skip your lesson for that week.

In either case, your paid balance for that session will be automatically carried forward and credited as a discount on your next invoice.

How to Reschedule: If you wish to reschedule or skip, please contact your tutor directly to coordinate and adjust the date. Please note that all rescheduling requests are subject to the tutor’s availability.
